На уроке:
- Homework – p.7 ex 4,5,6,7
- Warm-up: write down some emails and phone numbers
- Answer the questions:
- What do we call the water next to the beach? (sea)
- What do we call the water that runs into the sea? (river)
- SB p. 14, Ex. 1 – read the words,
- Question – Tell me what can you see in the pictures?
- (Sting — Shape of my heart)— петь песню без титров
- Question – what sees and rivers do you know?
- Ex. 2 – let’s discuss:
- the age of the Earth
- the age of the sees
- the climate
- Temperatures are rising, the weather is wetter in some places and drier in others; there are more big storms; the Arctic is getting warmer.
- The quick challenge – show me on the map:
- Mount Everest,
- the Amazon,
- the Baltic Sea,
- the Arctic
- Greenland.

- Ex. 3 – do the first together (key word – old).After that students do the rest.
- Paragraph 1 – C (4.6 billion years old)
